how do i replace windows root\system\hal.dll
how do I replace Windows root\system\hal.dll
The bottom line on my own experience at this was, “Reinstall your operating system.” Trying to replace your HAL.DLL is about as easy as trying to replace your skeletal system.
Hope that helped.
