Doyce has been waxing lyrical over Wonderfalls. Watching the ep tonight ...

... well, it's funny, disturbing, disturbingly funny, and funnily ... er, disturbing.

And, y'know, offbeat, and all that. And ... the whole thing about Fate remains ... disturbing. But funny. With flamigos and roosters.

And two sets of lines that stood out:

"I'm just a Christmas and Easter kind of Jew."

and

"Is this going to be an issue?" "No, not an issue! This is a full subscription!"

Definitely thinking of maybe sort of watching this more again.

For as long as it lasts. After all -- this is another series that Doyce likes. So it's doomed, doomed I tell you.

Fox always goes out of their way to kill their innovative shows: Tick, Firefly, John Doe, Andy Richter Controls the Universe immediately spring to mind.

At least the full 13-ep season of Wonderfalls is in the can, so we can hope for a DVD release.

I'm just glad it got moved off of friday night so I could watch it.

Why did they have to cancel something that was actually good. I will miss wonderFalls

Fox is run by Morons. Morons. I can't speak for "Wonderfalls", but after watching the boxed set of "Firefly", they should have been shot for cancelling that.

Well, perhaps "Wonderfalls" will follow "Firefly" into DVD land and then onto the big screen as well.

I posted about a article I read recently called something along the lines of "TV Isn't Dead...Yet". Well, it's certainly on life support.

The last I read is that it may continue on FOX Canada and BSkyB where it had good ratings...Well at least for the full thirteen ordered.

is it off the air already? ! say it ain't so. best show of its kind since Northern Exposure.

I was really enjoying this show....laugh out loud funny! I too, will look for this on DVD. Wake up FOX.

So did they cancel it for sure?? Or are they just trying to reschedule?? It was an awesome Friday. We watched: Joan, Wonder Falls, Monk, and Tenchi Muyo. We watched it on Thursday and then the next Thursday was an "encore" of "The Swan." Wonderfalls was wonderfully and beautifully written and great characters...but then so was Freaks and Geeks...Freaks and Geeks...I still am not over that being cancelled and then seeing horrid ads for shows that give women plastic surgery to compete in beauty contests. Even my husband said, "that is just wrong." They want to be a respected network? Then keep respected shows!!! Please someone let me know if it was cancelled or not.

It keeps seeming to trickle out unexpectedly into the schedule but Fox has removed it from its list of shows on the web site.

Since everything's already been shot (the 13 episodes contracted for this season, I think it is), it doesn't cost Fox anything to show it except air time. Of course, were I an advertiser, I might not be sanguine about my ad showing on a show that Fox has announced it's cancelleing.

I can't belive they cancelled it. On Thusday I put on the TV to watch it and I ended up watching "The Swan" A reality show that is on every channel. An ugly woman who wants to be Pretty!!! YUK

I have just E-mailed a short note to the fox network regarding the show "Wonderfalls" I think that if people like these types of shows instead of these ridiculous reality tv shows than we should speak up and if enough people voice thier opinion we might get something done that we want for a change instead of what the corporationsthink we want.
