Re-flections

Take a company with people in both US and Europe.

Add in mail systems that don't recognize other languages' reply prefixes ("Re:" and "Réf:") and so omit adding a new one when doing a reply.

Mix in a long e-mail thread.

And you end up with an e-mail message that looks like "Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Re: Réf: Performance Issues"

A thing of beauty. And sort of a catchy tune, too.
