MT4.01 is alive ...
... and running here. I've gotten two other of my blogs active, but some of the nastier cruft from years of old templates gave me problems. I've been taking notes, and will eventually post them here. But I think, as of this post, that the basic functionality is working on my blog. Knock on wood.

I'm not aware of a way to do what with MT using the native online client. I get that set up by default, though, using ecto (an offline client I use with MT), as well as many other nifty features.
