Blog of Heroes: I think we've had an effect on the child

Huh?

City of Heroes (CoH) is a MMORPG where you get to play a super-hero fighting crime and chaos in Paragon City. City of Villains (CoV) is the same thing, only playing bad guys. Together they are sometimes referred to as "CoX". Spiffy!

Lord of the Rings Online (LotRO) is a MMORPG where you play heroic characters in the setting of J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy. Faboo!

I think we've had an effect on the child

Specifically, from her Kindergarten Mother's Day card:

“Plays with me.”
“Plays City of Heroes.”

Need to do more playing with her. Or encourage her into gaming of some other sort that we can ooh and aah over.
