Appetizers

So easy you can make it at the drop of a hat. The combinations for this are endless. Family favorites include: mozzarella with pepperoni, pepper jack with green chilies, and brie with sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients:
17 ounces Frozen Puff Pastry, defrosted
1 cup Havarti Cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill Weed, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F.

Sprinkle work surface lightly with flour. Unfold 1 sheet of pastry and lay flat on floured surface. Roll out to 10 x 15-inch rectangle. Repeat with second pastry sheet.

Move one pastry to baking sheet. sprinkle with Cheese and Dill. Top with second sheet and seal the edges.

Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 2 inch squares and enjoy.

Notes:
Any combination of cheese and goodies will work.

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 8-10
