I've adopted Masahiko Isshiki's MT-PingedEntry plug-in for the most recent trackbacks. While MT's MTPings containter gives you title and links to a blog entry elsewhere that has pinged/trackbacked to one of yours, this plug-in gives you the info on which post those pings point to. Neat.
You can see the results in the Most recent trackback pings ... section at the top of the main page. The other blog's name is now linked to the other blog's entry (title is as a link title), and the local post is now titled and linked to as well.
It may seem unnecessary, but there have been times when I seriously scratched my head trying to figure out what a trackback was being linked to.
