Whew. So glad it wasn't worse.

***Dave, every time you post a picture of her, the girl looks different. Man, kids are plastic at that age, eh?

I'm glad it's not worse, too. Actually, looking at the picture, on one level it's not bad at all. (When I look at it in person, all I can see is My Little Girl's Been Hurt.)

As far as how she changes, yes, it's true. Actually, it was funny, because when I got back from the UK a few weeks back and she was running over to me, I realized how big and mature and little-girl-not-toddler she'd become.

We get these mental pics in our head, and it sometimes takes some jarring to realize how obsolete they are.
