Heavy but powerful man in his early 60s, owner of Glengraham Distillery (no relation), and a former NASA technical administrator.

Indications are that his plot involving a nuclear missile was to release an EMP and a resultant cascading destruction of the world satellite communication system. This has led to speculation that he was working as an operative of the Hand Of Gaea, though under interrogation he has not revealed any further information.

Currently in the hands of MI.5.
