A local Australian freelancer, Digger is a fellow with many friends, many of whom frequent the wrong side of the law. He contracts his services to the Agency's local office, which appears to trust him to fulfill his contracts.

He frequently wears very loud clothing -- colorful shirts, small hats, baggy suits, small cigars -- to match is voice and bonhomme. He waves his hands around a lot.

He'll be more than happy to show anyone a good time at a number of Brisbane nightspots which are not mentioned in Michelin's. He also wouldn't mind if you picked up the tab ...

While he apparently had the contacts to get an Agency team in touch with Adam Snow, Snow dismissed him rather abruptly, belying any close relationship Monroe may have hinted at.
