President of the front organization Black Board, a "Gentleman's Club of Computing Professionals" in Sydney, Australia.

Previously an analyst with MI.6, he was dismissed for striking a superior officer. He was evidently the mastermind behind an attempt to break into the Agency's network, and may be affiliated with the Jolly Rogers.

Employed the Sydney Hells Angels as professional thugs. Also evidently quite a good cycle rider and crack shot himself. And, needless to say, he's more than willing to kill folks who get in his way.
