 Monday has been connected with many varied international terrorist groups, including several Irish and Islamic groups. Ideology does not appear to play a part in his schemes -- he follows money and violence alone. It is not known whether Monday has conducted any terror operations himself, though he is understood to have spearheaded several successful assassinations, mostly of African and South American targets. It is believed, however, that his main contribution is as a "consultant" during mission planning, and as a supplier of the hardware and intelligence necessary for successful terrorist operations.
Depending on who you talk with, Lex is alternately a dedicated terrorist, an opportunist, a greedy opportunist, or an unscrupulous dealer in death. Truth be told, the answer is likely to be "all of the above." Regardless, his loyalties appear to be solely his own.
What is certain is that Lex has contacts literally everywere, trading hardware and information in all corners of the globe.
A tall and slim man, usually well-dressed, and invariably polite -- at least during negotiations.
Monday's origins are uncertain. It's most often believed he was born Charles Abraham Fanarga, son of a lecturer at the American University in Beirut, Lebanon, sometime in the 1960s, though there is no supporting documentary proof existing to support this. Professor Fanarga was killed in 1977 during a missle attack in Beirut, his wife having already left him. Her locaittn is at present unknonwn.
Other rumors place him as Middle Eastern or South American, with minorities labeling him as Greek, Spanish, or even Indian.
Intelligence agencies the world over would like to see Monday stopped. While he doubtless has information that would prove vital to anti-terror measures, it's imperative that he be removed from the scene by an means necessary.
He ended up betraying Adam Snow, attacking his Australian Outback compound for reasons unknown with a highly trained band of mercenaries. While unsuccessful in obtaining either the weapons there or Snow himself, he may have obtained other information and personnel there. He is currently at large.
