Logan Campbell was a former black ops agent (code-named "Wolf") and “trouble-shooter” for various US security and military departments. He had a reputation as resolving matters with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, and was considered highly dangerous.

Campbell dropped out of sight a few years before the El Molar incident, though rumors have surfaced in the previous few months that he was once again working for someone, and gathering various special ops mercs to some end.

His former employers were apparently quite interested in any details about him, but there was not any overt terminate order on him.

The agents were given permission to deal with Campbell appropriately, and Lou did so, atop a yacht crossing the Channel.
