A gentleman initially encountered by Dylan At The Airport.

During the Midnight Sun Debriefing, he was described as extremely dangerous, and the Numbers instructed the team to not approach him but to contact them immediately should they encounter him.

It also came out at that debriefing that he'd shown up in a photo as an attorney for the Detroit drug dealer ([Snow And Fire]?). The Numbers had appeared unaware of this.

In a subesequent conversation between Number Three and Dylan (Black Ice Session 1), it was mentioned that Mr Grey (his name was first posited there, and another (code name?) of "Twilight" also given) had been in opposition to the Agency's interests for quite some time, after a falling out between him and Number Two. Mr Grey's meticulousness makes his approach to Dylan seem meaningful, though nobody is quite sure what meaning to give to it.

During a roughly contemporaneous lunch between Number Eight and Lou, the former suggested to her that Grey was extremely dangerous, but that should the opportunity present itself, she should "take the shot" -- but only if she could be sure of taking him out. Though he'd made similar suggestions at the debriefing, he'd been overridden about it there.
