Agency Position: Director, Human Resources

Description: An older white woman with silver hair and a very cultured English accent. Usually dresses as though she's just arrived from a dinner party.

Disposition: Regal, insightful, compassionate. Number Four is very approachable, though (or perhaps because) her focus is usually less on Agency matters than on the agents themselves.

Notes: Number Four's domain involves both traditional HR functions and coordination of the Agency's medical resources. She usually takes a direct interest in any medical care provided, either by the Agency or with "third parties." Clearly dislikes killing and violence.

History: Probably not a field or intelligence operative in the past.

Have a drink?: Only if you wanted a small glass of something sweet and expensive, and were willing to hear a lecture on how bad it was for you. But after that was out of the way, she'd probably be a fine conversationalist and listener.
