Agency Position: Director, Field Operations and Communications

Description: An older, heavy-set black man, slightly greying hair. He looks, in fact, a great deal like James Earl Jones, and sounds like him, too. Green eyes. Usually wears black, almost always formally dressed, white shirt, gold tie, lots of jewelry.

Disposition: Somewhat jolly, but that ends quickly when discussing a serious problem. Charismatic in an engaging fashion. A good negotiator. Likable and approachable, but that is balanced with an intense professionalism.

Notes: Most likely, of the Numbers, to brief you on a mission, and quite often the "voice on the other end of the phone." He takes his resemblance to Jones with good humor ("I wouldn't be caught dead pretending to work for the NSA. On the other hand, he gets paid a lot more than I do."). Enjoys music; a saxophone hangs in his office, and he laments not having the opportunity to play the way he used to.

History: Aside from not being James Earl Jones (yes, you've seen a picture of both of them side by side), his history is largely unknown. He's clearly been doing what he's doing for quite some time.

Have a drink?: Altogether possible, though probably just from a bottle in his office, probably a good Scotch. He doesn't necessarily encourage that sort of fraternization, but you suspect it would be an enjoyable experience.
