Agency Position: Director, Analysis & Response

Description: A tall, powerful man, tanned skin, auburn hair, piercing blue eyes. Usually wears a white suit, red silk sirt, yellow/red striped tie, very spit-n-polish in appearance. Has a vaguely central/eastern European accent.

Disposition: Intensely charismatic -- and charismatically intense. Often seems distracted, but when he focuses his attention on you, it is almost unnerving. Usually has a bit of a frown. Moves smoothly and swiftly, and always with a purpose. Clearly devoted to the cause. A bit mercurial -- he may suddenly make a joke, or else criticize someone else for doing so.

Notes: If it weren't that the other Numbers never directly refer to him as being in command, you'd think he was. Number Two is in charge of analyzing threats and formulating responses, but those responses always seem to have the consensus of the other Numbers.

Number Two is not someone that you have much direct contact with, though he occasionally leads advanced combat technique classes -- at which he is exemplary. Being briefed by Number Two usually means trouble; being debriefed by him usually means more trouble.

History: Most closely resembles, in his own way, the classic "Super-Spy" type, and presumably he's served in the field. He's certainly had extensive military training, both strategic and special operations.

Have a drink?: Assuming you'd have the nerve to ask, he would probably beg off and flash one of his rare, brilliant smiles. If he asked you, however, you'd be both looking forward to it and dreading what it might mean.
