24 year old fringe jet-setter from a not-as-rich-as-they-like-to-pretend Italian noble family. Basically a parasite and party animal valued for her boating, driving and piloting skills and her looks.

Her beloved older brother Donato was killed by Camorra thugs in a confused incident -- Kidnapping? Witness elimination? That also saw her in considerable danger which Agency operatives got her out of.

The family doesn't understand, and doesn't want the Camorra thinking they have a vendetta to prosecute. Officially, Donato died in a car accident. Grandmama did not agree and willed most of her large array of apartments (and a trust to keep them up and taxes paid etc) to Valeria.

She hates the Camorra passionately. This spills over to the Mafia, Russian Mafia, Union Corse, terrorist groups, kidnappers, etc. VENDETTA

She's had affairs with a number of jet-setter and athlete types. She's not so great at ending these things smoothly.

The family might have more trouble with the Camorra, debt collectors, etc. Experienced papparazzi might recognize her.
