Not illegal……just in poor taste. Odd, isn’t it?
When I saw this on the news, I was rather shocked. My body is MY business and I don’t believe that someone sticking a camera up my skirt is anything less than an assault on my person.
Maybe we should see how all those deciding these things would like it if we did this to them……..cameras up skirts, down pants, etc. Think that would change their minds?
It was an odd decision in many ways — I’m not sure that being in a public place implies that a person doesn’t have expectation that the things they are covering up will stay covered up. But I’m not a judge, obviously.
The judge ruling on this issue was male, right? Think it would have been different if the judge were a woman? And why is it that it’s only women that the whole “upskirt” thing is happening? You NEVER see some scottish dude in a kilt beng caught unawares.
