Mmmmm … Silver Surfery goodness …
I can’t tell, of course, whether the second Fantastic Four movie will be at all any good, but the clips here look pretty fun (in an — intentionally? — understated fashion).

It seems odd, upon consideration, that the movie’s full title is: Fantastic Four: The Rise of the Silver Surfer. Because, assuming the story tracks anywhere near the original, it’s more like … “… the Coming and Fall but Ultimate Moral Triumph, Despite the Soul-Searing Sacrifice of the Silver Surfer.” But no “Rise.” Though I guess that would be a bit long of a title, calling it “the Fall of the Silver Surfer” would be odd, and “the Coming of the Silver Surfer” would garner more giggles than just mentioning “Silver Surfer” does.
(Maybe “The Coming of Galactus” … or, maybe, not.)
That said, Solonor points out that for those who want to learn more of the profound truths in FF2, one can always ask Reed Richards, the Smartest Man in the World.
Or even Fantastic Four: The Startling Saga of the Silver Surfer — which, actually, would be a kick-ass title.
