I was a bit concerned about how icy things would be today — a lot of the snow that fell yesterday evening melted, before things froze up overnight — but C470 wasn’t bad. Traffic was flowing 45-55mph the whole way, and I didn’t see any accidents or feel any particular problems from the road surface.
The biggest difficulty was the wind, which was blowing snow across the highway near-blizzard-like at times all the way along the northward leg.
Love my Subaru. And after seeing various commuters having traction problems while driving Kitten home last night, doubly love it.
