Because what this race needs is Ralph Nader siphoning of votes from the Democratic candidate (whoever it turns out to be), in effect assisting the Republican candidate. Regardless -- he's running again.
I appreciate his reason (or excuse) being the difficulties faced by third party or independent candidates in our electoral system. Certainly something worth discussing. But ... not three elections in a row, Ralph. Especially given how tight the last two elections have been and how much of a tipping point your candidacy has been between them.
Unless, of course, it's mostly about you.

And gee, let's hope that all the GOP Pioneers that funded his last two bids step up to fund him again this time. Though the last outing didn't really pay off as well as the first one (.38%) and they have found that paying people to lie is a much bigger bang for the buck in '04.
