Friday turned out to be a much, much longer day than expected, workwise, such that I got home, we had pizza for dinner, and I was in bed by 9:30pm, no doubt snoring.
Yesterday was a remarkably short day, by comparison. I slept in well, but then we were running errands until the early afternoon, then I was doing packing/prep activities for the trip, then we had our Hungry Flock dinner party to go to, and then chit-chat with Doyce and Kate who were watching Katherine, and then home ... to bed at midnight.
Which means, as I'm leaving this morning on my junket to India that I am way behind in blogging stuff, and not likely to catch up before starting my 19 hour jaunt to Mumbai -- up which arrival it will be night, and I'm unlikely to update much then, and then I have business work, and then ...
Well, expect things to be light over the next week. Pictures, perhaps, if I have access to data services on my phone. But I expect to be somewhat out of touch (and 11.5 hours into the future) for most of that time.
On the other hand, it will be interesting to see how people in India perceive our elections.
More when it comes.
