Though McGrath’s Fish House’s web page notes “coming soon” to “Lakewood, Colorado – Colorado Mills Mall,” I can tell you that the building has been in the plywood-skin unfinished state for, oh, about a year now. Have to kind of wonder what’s going on there.

Note for the record — the “in its plywood skin” building was actually (eventually) another restaurant, the Keg. McGrath’s actually built from scratch the next pad over over a pretty quick period — though, again, the sign had been there forever.
