Yes, we’ve always wanted a stylized map of Italy as our front yard …
No, but seriously, we like it too. We need to do some due diligence on the company (impressive so far, but …), and decide on “to boulder, or not to boulder,” but I think we’re pretty much set to sign away Katherine’s college education.
HOA-permitting (so to speak), we are a go for the landscaping job to start on Monday the 15th. We have a deposit with Mile High Landscaping, and are finishing up…
Oh, I like it. 🙂

Well, and it looks like about half the lawn to take care of and you’ll get rid of the overly-baked-into-submission section right in front.
It reduces the lawn by a further 2-3 feet — though that is, indeed, one of the worse patches.
Now the important question….has the HOA approved it?
That’s the next step after agreeing amongst ourselves. I don’t expect any serious problems.
I think it would make a great map for a campaign. Teddy Ruxpin or an ant picnic. Either one. [grinning]
Hmmmm …
I just want to…
… put miniatures on it.
I shoot Magic Missile into the dark green blob.
The homeowner screams as his expensive ornamental tree burst into flinders.
I attack the flinders!
Thank goodness we don’t have a gazebo on the plan.
~runs away from the Gazebo….’cause those things are scary dangerous~
I waste it with my crossbow!
Countdown to Landscaping!

Landscaping – before …
The yard area being redone in front (for the record). Basically all of this is going to be changed….
